Quality Team Settings

The Teams feature in the Quality Control module allows organizations to define quality management groups. Each team is responsible for managing specific Quality Control Points and receiving related notifications. 

  • Step 1. Go to Quality module →  Settings →  Teams menu
  • Step 2. Click the "New" button.
  • Step 3. A popup window titled "Add Team" will appear. Enter the following information:
    • Name: Input the name of the team, example: Main Quality Team
    • Team Member: Select one employee who will act as the team manager and also receive notifications related to the team’s Quality Control Points.
  • Step 4. Click Save to create the team
